Daniel Mercer, Founder
Daniel started out cutting keys and servicing door hardware for a small shop before moving into full-time mobile work. He handles the harder residential and commercial jobs, and he sets the pricing rule the company runs on: the number quoted on the phone is the number charged at the door.
He built the business after watching too many people get quoted one figure and billed another once the door was already open and they had no leverage left.
Emily Carter, Service Coordinator
Emily takes the calls. She works out what is actually locked, whether a key still exists, what hardware is involved, and what identification you will need ready, then routes a technician to you with a realistic arrival window rather than an optimistic one.
If you have ever been told twenty minutes and waited two hours, that is the thing she exists to prevent.
Marcus Hill, Field Lead
Marcus covers the technical end: automotive transponder and proximity keys originated at the vehicle, master key systems for businesses that need one key not to open everything, and safe opening and servicing.
He is usually the answer when another locksmith has said a job cannot be done without drilling.
