When you call us or submit the estimate form we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the service address or vehicle location, and the details of the job you are describing.
Our website also collects basic technical information automatically, such as the pages visited, the approximate region a visit came from, and the browser and device used. This is aggregate traffic information and is not used to identify individuals.
Why We Collect It
We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, quote the work, dispatch a technician and follow up afterwards. We use the job details to send the right person with the right tools.
We do not use your information to build a profile of you, and we do not contact you about unrelated services because you once had a lock opened.
Identity Information
Before opening a property, vehicle or safe we check identification to confirm you have the right to be there. We look at that identification, record that the check was made, and note the type of document seen.
We do not retain photocopies or scans of your identification documents.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people who need it to do the job: the technician attending, and the service providers that run our website, forms and phone system on our behalf.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
How Long We Keep It
We keep job records for as long as we need them for warranty, accounting and legal purposes, and then we dispose of them. Enquiries that never became jobs are kept for a shorter period.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

If you want to know what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, contact us and say so. We will respond within a reasonable period.
